The Committee will review all applications and may ask for additional questions if needed. However, it is up to the Applicant to ensure that all information is provided within this application. As membership is limited, all completed and paid applications will have preference for Committee review. As of 2025, QTCC will offer non-refundable* Membership levels based on the following criteria: REC Membership - $295 This membership is based on a 7 round year and is a one-off annual fee: $295 for REC Membership for 2025. This membership level entitles members to all club activities, more specifically to the following: a. Access to enter all racing events or other events held by the QTCC. b. Permanent racing numbers. c. Voting rights. d. Executive or Management Committee roles. Social Membership - $50 This membership is a one-off annual fee of $50. There are no voting rights. Social Membership is also available to those who need Motorsports Australia club membership to enter various Motorsport Australia sporting events. Social members will have access to all club communication. Pro Rata - $60 This membership is based paying a $60 fee per round entered to QTCC and includes no voting rights. This does not include your fee to the track/host. * refunds will be provided on a pro-rata'ed basis to REC Members if external factors disallow QTCC from organising racing activities. By making an application you confirm that you have read and will adhere to the Competition Rules and the Queensland Raceways Racers manual thoroughly and will comply with these rules and regulations.
